Dolores E. Bowers, of South Charleston, quietly passed away on December 1, 2021.

She enjoyed beach vacations, cruises, gospel music conventions, her grandchildren and spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Malinda Davidson and Donald Stockton; and her husband of 69 years, Robert W. Bowers.

Dolores is survived by her daughter, Debbie Harden (Bob); son, Kenny Bowers (Becky); grandchildren, Krissa Bowers, Bob Harden (Erika), Josh Bowers, Nicholas Harden and Kassy Pickens (Matt); six great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

A tribute to the life of Dolores will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, December 10, at First Baptist Church, South Charleston with Pastor Jody Pistore officiating. Entombment will follow in Donel C. Kinnard Memorial State Veterans Cemetery, Dunbar.

Arrangements are in the care of Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
