Dolores Jean Garrett's Obituary
Dolores "Jeanie" Garrett, 78, of Dunbar, passed away on Friday, August 5, 2011, at Thomas Memorial Hospital.
Her hobbies included gardening, canning, and cooking. She enjoyed traveling at home and abroad. She was a very loving mother and grandmother/ She will be missed by family, friends, neighbors and all who knew her.
Mrs. Garrett is survived by her husband, Dallas L. Garrett: son and daughter-in-law, Dallas L. "Chip" Garrett, II, and Lisa Ann of Dunbar; daughters and sons-in-law, Cindy and Stephen Elkins of Mt. Juliet, TN, Terry and Paul Thomas of Dunbar, Alice and John King, II, of Dunbar; 6 grandsons and 5 granddaughters; 10 great grandchildren and one on the way.
Memorial services will be held at 7 p.m., Monday, August 8, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
Friends may call 1 hour prior to the service at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
