Donald L. "Joey" Mullins, 57, of Charleston passed away on March 29, 2017.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Mary Mullins.

Joey is survived by his son, Michael Mullins and his wife Dreama; daughter, Michele Mullins; brother, Gary Mullins; sisters, Tammy Westfall and Teresa Hart; grandchildren, Kaden Foster, Nate Mullins, Braedon Mullins, and Elijah Powers

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
