Donald William Rhodes

Donald William Rhodes, 96, of Charleston, WV died on August 27, 2026.

Donald was born to the late Amos and Clara Grace Rhodes on March 9, 1930, in Charleston.

Donald was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, South Charleston Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite, Beni Kedem Shrine Temple, and Royal Order of Jesters. He retired as Maintenance Foreman from FMC.

He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Larry Dean Rhodes; daughter-in-law, Maureen Devine Rhodes; grandson, Justin Dean Rhodes; and his brother, James Rhodes.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 76 years, Joanne Dean Rhodes; daughter, Kimberly Munday (Max); brother, Wesley Rhodes (Donna); sister, Sharon DeBolt; grandchildren, Michael Munday, Bartholomew Rhodes (Amanda), Katherine Rhodes, Maggie Rhodes (Douglas); eight great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

There will be no services.
