Donald Ray Saxton's Obituary
Donald Ray Saxton, 88, of South Charleston, passed away Wednesday, January 8, 2014, at his home.
He was a retired instructor with the WV Rehabilitation Center and was a US Navy veteran of WW II.
Surviving are his son, Donald R. Saxton, Jr. of Sioux Falls, SD; step-sons, Richard Weaver of South Charleston and Russell Weaver of Hurricane; sister, Carolyn Counts of Orlando, Fla; caregiver, Brenda Bailey of South Charleston. He is also survived by grandsons, David and Matthew Saxton of Sioux Falls, SD and step-grandsons, Matt Newcomb of Los Angeles, CA and Brian Newcomb of Portland, OR.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Tuesday, January 14, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar with Pastor Phillip Lance officiating. Burial will follow in Cunningham Memorial Park, St. Albans.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m., Monday, January 13, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
