Donna Jean Gist, 68, of Charleston, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, October 16, 2023.

She was born on March 13, 1955, in Huntington, to the late Eugene and LaAnna Blankenship.

Donna was a very caring, giving and loving woman, who took care of many people throughout her life never asking for anything in return.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, Michael Ray Lewis; second husband, Gary Lee Gist; her son, Jason Lewis; and her grandson, Brian Jarrett.

Donna is survived by her daughter, Melissa Jarrett and husband Brian of Kings Mountain, NC; son, Michael Lewis of Charleston; eight grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.

No services are scheduled at this time.
