She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Oxley, daughters, Kathy Oxley and Deborah McMillion and by her son, Allen "Dickie" Oxley.

Emogene leaves behind her sons, Keith Oxley and his wife, Betty of Cross Lanes, Terry Oxley and his wife, Carolyn of Charleston, and Dana Oxley of Ft. Myers, Fla.; daughter, Wyvette Oxley of Charleston; daughter-in-law, Marilyn Oxley; ten grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Emogene will be sadly missed by her family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, January 2, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with the Rev. Walter Means officiating. Burial will follow in Boyd-Burdette Cemetery, Tuppers Creek.
