Erica "Lil Baby" Lavon Tucker, 19, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 22, 2023.

She was born on November 24, 2003 in Charleston.

'Lil Baby' was a free, and glamorous spirit. She was a graduate of Capitol High School, and was enrolled in West Virginia State University where she planned on pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education.  Erica enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.  She also loved a good set of lashes and a flawless wig.

Erica leaves behind her paternal grandmother, Paula Howard; father, Eric Tucker, Jr. (Jasmine); uncle, Joshua Howard; aunts, Sahara Coleman and Lana Robinson; five sisters, Dayvonua, Nevaeh, Eri'Onna, Na'omi, and Averie Tucker; mother, Alisha Roberts; brothers, Zion and Andrew, Jr. Colman of Charleston; grandfather, Eric Tucker, Sr. of Las Vegas, NV; grandparents, Larry Pierce (Rose), Shelia Feathers (Billy); cousins, Sara Estep (Tommy); and aunts, Cassandra Pierce and Sherry Dickens.  She also leaves behind her special cousins, Tialaia Burkes, Kyomi Robinson, Warren Clifford, Walter Neal, Jr., and Randy Neblett; great-grandfather, Raymond Dickens; great-grandmother, Verda Pierce; and long time friend, Christopher Johnson all of Charleston; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins from Tennessee, North Carolina, Ohio, and California.

Erica was special to everyone, and will forever hold a spot in everyone's hearts.  She was funny, kind, and had the most beautiful soul and spirit.  Her spirit is free, and she will be with us.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, August 31 at Grace Bible Church, Charleston. Burial will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery, Charleston.

Family will receive visitors two hours prior to the service at the church.
