Erma Hager, 84, of St. Albans, passed away on Friday, February 4, 2011, in Thomas Memorial Hospital.

Erma was preceded in death by her husband, Leland J. Hager; sister, Lena Spurlock; brothers, Edward Adkins and Junior Adkins.

Mrs. Hager is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Jack and Bertha Darby of N. Royalton, OH, Rick and Ellen Hager of St. Albans; daughters and sons-in-law, Beulah and Mark Matheny of Charleston, Brenda "Susan" and Butch Shamblin of Sissonville; brothers, Raymond Adkins, Ernie Adkins, Archie Adkins, Tommy Adkins; sisters, Irene Coleman, Susie Cooper; grandchildren, Dan Gardner, Susanne Darby, Jim Darby, Cable Shamblin, Marissa Shamblin, Billie Jo Lopez, Rocky Floyd, Jimmy Hager, Jason Hager; great grandchildren, Jessica Gardner, Hannah Gardner, Devon Darby, Tyler Darby, Luke Darby, Brittany Thomas.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, February 8, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with the Rev. Ron Shamblin officiating. Burial will follow in Grandview Memorial Park.
