Ethel Maxine Price, 82, of Dunbar, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on October 8, 2016 in the presence of her family at Dunbar Rehabilitation Center.
She was a daughter of Abraham Mullins and Lillian Mullins Wawrzyniak.
Maxine was loved for her friendliness and laughter as a member and greeter of Twin City Bible Church in Nitro and a great helper at three Christian schools. She retired from the State Board of Barbers and Cosmetologists and State Hygienic Lab.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sons, Robert and John Price; sister, Aileen Daddysman; brothers, John "Jack" and Noah "Pudgie"; former husband of 49 years, Robert Price; and two great grandchildren.
Maxine is survived by two sons, Richard (Sherry) and Scott(Missy); sister, Beulah "Boots" Squires; three brothers, Ira Lee, Larry and Roger, two daughters-in-law, Debbie and Terra; twelve grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, October 12, at Twin City Bible Church in Nitro with Pastor Roger Mullins officiating. Burial will be in Grandview Memorial Park at 11 a.m. on the following day.
Visitation will be two hours prior to the service at Twin City Bible Church.
Arrangements are in the care of Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
