Eustace "Crip" Gorman Kiser, Jr., 86, of South Charleston, passed away August 12, 2013 at Hubbard Hospice House in Charleston after a long illness.
He retired from Union Carbide with 39 years of service and was a veteran of the United States Army.
He is survived by his wife, Emogene, daughters Connie L. Atwood (Dave) of Raleigh, NC and Linda D. Weir (John) of Charlotte, N.C. and one sister Phyllis Hawes of Dunbar.
Gorman was a life time resident of Dunbar. He was a 50 year plus member of the Dunbar Masonic Lodge #159 and a longtime member of the Scottish Rite Temple.
He graduated from Dunbar High School and attended Morris Harvey College, currently known as the University of Charleston.
The family requests donations to Hubbard Hospice House, 100 Kennawa Drive, Charleston, WV 25311 in Gorman's memory, he would like that.
The family wishes to thank all the wonderful people who took care of Gorman and cared about the family.
At Gorman's request his body will be cremated with no visitation or services. A private memorial service for family and friends will be held at a later date.
