Evelyn Neal's Obituary
Evelyn Balser Neal, 62, of Dunbar passed away on April 4, 2015 from medical complications.
She was previously employed for United Bank and for Dunbar City Hall. Evelyn enjoyed working in her flower gardens.
She was preceded in death by her father, Blaine Balser.
Evelyn is survived by her husband, Robert Neal; mother, Joan Balser; brother, Jeff Balser and his wife, Teresa; sister, Cathy Pompulm and her husband, Richard; two special people in her life, Garrett and Nathan Payne and their parents; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, April 7 at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 8 at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar with Pastor Billy Lucas officiating. Burial will be held at Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to HospiceCare 1606 Kanawha Blvd. W, Charleston, WV 25312.
