Florence "Dollie" Louvina (Elliott) Peal, 80, of St. Albans earned her angel wings on Sunday, January 26, 2025.

Dollie was born in Tuppers Creek on August 10, 1944 to the late Thomas and Mary Elliott.

She was a homemaker and a beloved mother of four children.

In addition to her parents, Dollie is preceded in death by her husband, Donald Eugene Peal; daughter, Tammy Lynn Peal; son, Kevin Duane Peal; along with 14 brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her son, Donald Peal (Cathy) of Hurricane; daughter, Rita Gibson of St. Albans; brother, Robert Elliott (Joanne) of Charleston; nine grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank the following people for the kindness and compassion:  Dr. Baffoe and Bailey Thompson, NP, Carly, her ER nurse, ICU nurses Corey, Jennifer, Jenny, Sophia, Amy, and Hannah, also Trevor from the CCU who make her laugh.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, February 3 at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar with Pastor Charley Bowen officiating.  Dollie will be laid to rest in Bailey-Cobb Cemetery, Spring Hill, WV with her baby boy, Kevin Peal by her side.

Family will welcome visitors one hour prior to the service at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
