She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Cecil R. (Dude) Hill , her parents, Eustace and Mary Kiser, her sisters, Vivian Rice, Lillian Hartman and Marian McClure.

She is survived by her son, Cecil R. Hill, Jr. and his wife, Kathie, of St. Albans; grandsons, Jason Hill and his wife, Jennifer, of Hurricane; Matthew Hill of Barboursville; great-grandchildren, Logan and Laken Hill of Hurricane. She is also survived by her sister, Phyllis Jean Hawes of Dunbar and her brother, Gorman Kiser of South Charleston.

Per her request there will be no service.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to your favorite charity.
