Frank Battista Agosti, Jr., 60, of Charleston, passed away Friday, May 16, 2014 at Thomas Memorial Hospital.
He worked as a service adviser for Turnpike Chevrolet for 30 years. Frank was a hard worker, always available to help anyone 24/7. He was a pure-hearted family man with a generous soul. He was a diehard Vikings fan and a lover of western movies. Frank loved to bowl and was the best horseshoe pitcher you've ever seen.
He was preceded in death by Becky Stollings, Benny Jack Agosti, his father, Frank Agosti and brother, John Edward Agosti.
Surviving are his wife, Janet Carol Agosti, step-daughter, Milly Torman and her husband, Derrick, five grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Also surviving are his mother, Catherine Thomas of Sissonville; brothers and sisters, Teresa Mann of Delaware, Danny Agosti and Mary Jacobs of Florida, Cathy Slone and Virginia Hager of Madison, Joey Agosti of Texas, Dennis Agosti, Tina Levdowskie, Shirley Edens and Kim Wheatley, all of Charleston. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m., Tuesday, May 20, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with the Rev. Jeff Comer officiating. Burial will follow in Marmet Cemetery.
