Frank Theodore Fuller, 87, of South Charleston, WV, passed away peacefully due to cancer on November 30, 2024, surrounded by loved ones at HospiceCare, CAMC Memorial Hospital.

Frank was born January 12, 1937, in Niagara Falls, NY, attended St. Albans High School, South Charleston High School, and West Virginia State College. He retired from Gold Cross Insurance Company after a long, successful career. He also served in the United States Navy, volunteered with the color guard at Donel C. Kinnard Memorial State Veterans Cemetery, participated in fundraising walks for cancer survivors, and transported cancer patients to/from their appointments. Frank loved all sports and regularly attended South Charleston High School football and basketball games.  Hunting and playing cards with his friends were lifelong hobbies.

Frank was preceded in death by his parents, Theodore and Gertrude (McCarthy) Fuller; and his sister, Louise Smith (Charles).

He is survived by his loving wife, Janet (Simmons) Fuller; his brother, Charles Fuller of Wilmore, KY (Lynne); daughters, Debra Coleman of Oceanside, CA (David), Vicki McBride of Boise, ID, and Kara Fuller of South Charleston, WV (Shawn); son, Christopher Fuller of South Charleston, WV; 10 grandchildren; and 16 great grandchildren.

The family of Mr. Fuller would like to thank the HospiceCare team, especially Jo Bailey, for taking such excellent care of him and supporting them during his brief illness.
