Frank Ray Hall Jr., of Sissonville, WV, entered into his eternal home in Heaven on January 30, 2026.

He was born in Mullens,WV, on September 9, 1958. He was the son of the late Frank Ray Hall and Irene Faye Cruey Hall.

Frank was a 1976 graduate of Mullens High School and of Charleston School of Beauty Culture.

He loved "The Island at Margaritaville and the Beach". He worked hard all his life. He was driven succeed in whatever he set his mind to. He was proud of Frank Mane Attraction, which he operated for over 30 years. Frank made many friends along the way. He enjoyed the many conversations and the people he interacted with. He would do anything for anyone he encountered. He was funny, loving, compassionate and most importantly a great father and husband.

The love for his wife, Kathleen Hall is what drove him in life in all things and making sure she was protected, loved, and taken care of. He loved Kathleen so immensely that words can't even describe.

Frank was preceded in death by his wife, Kathleen Ann Hall; and his son, Craig Stuart Laurent.

He is survived by his two sons, Jason Hall and wife Michelle of Lewisburg, and Aaron Hall of Sissonville; grandson, Nathaniel Hall; two sisters, Sherry Morgan of Virginia Beach, VA, Debbie Bailey and husband Troy of Crab Orchard; and his best friend, Dexter Hall, who he loved so much.

Thank you to all who cared and loved Frank. Thank you to the nurses and doctors at Thomas Memorial Hospital that took such good care of him. Also thank you to Dawn Matlock for always being there. A true angel from the Lord.

A celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
