Fred Franklin Fazio's Obituary
Fred Franklin Fazio, 59, of Charleston, went home to be with the Lord on July 22, 2010, at CAMC-Memorial Hospital, surrounded by his family.
He was born in Charleston and was a graduate of Stonewall Jackson High School. He was the owner of Freddy's Bar & Grill.
Fred was preceded in death by his wife, Jane, son, Frankie, mother, Lena Fazio and brother Dominick.
He is survived by his father, Frank Fazio, sister, Rose Hendershot, daughters, Lisa Fazio and April Anderson of Charleston and Natalie Anderson of Modesto, CA; four grandchildren, Daniel, Amy, Rochelle and Isabella.
Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m., Monday, July 26, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with the Rev. Doyle D. Smith officiating.
Family and friends may visit one hour prior to the service at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
