Fredrick Alan Rhodes, 52, of Yawkey, passed away Tuesday, November 26, 2013, at his residence after an extended illness.
Fredrick was born June 20, 1961 and was a former resident of Dunbar. He graduated from Dunbar High School and had worked for 31 years at the Department of Highways.
At the time of his passing, he was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Lucille Rhodes of Dunbar, brother, Robert (Bobby) Rhodes, of Kenna.
Survivors include his sister and brother-in-law, Shirley and Larry Cottrill of Cross Lanes; two nieces, Tammy (Clarence ) Litton of Winfield and Kimberly (Brad) Hamilton of Cross Lanes; one nephew, Alex C. Rhodes of Hurricane; three great nieces, Haley and Mallory Litton of Winfield and Lakin King of Cross Lanes; and his companion for many years, Jill Cobb.
Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, November 29, at the Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens Mausoleum Chapel.
Friends may call at the cemetery chapel 30 minutes prior to the service on Friday.
