Geoffrey R. Sargent's Obituary
SPC Geoffrey R. Sargent was called to active duty by our Lord and Savior, August 3, 2011.
He was the son of Chester "Chuck" and Linda Sargent. He is also survived by his sister, Amanda Trammell of Scott Depot; grandparents, Chester Sr. and Dolores Sargent of Dunbar; uncles, Cliff of Raleigh, NC and John Sargent and his wife, Lisa of Hurricane.
Geoffrey served our country with the US Army National Guard during Operation Iraqi Freedom. He was a member of the 1/150th WVANG, based in Red House.
He will be sadly missed by many friends and family members. The family suggests donations be made to Hospice of Huntington or Huntington Health and Rehabilitation.
There will be no service at this time.
Arrangements are in the care of Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
