Gertrude V. Hall's Obituary
Gertrude V. Hall, 79 years old, known as "Trudy" by family and friends, passed away in her Cross Lanes home Friday evening, Aug. 31, 2007.
Trudy and her husband, Charles "Russ" Hall, were married for 64 years. They married in Dunbar, WV on June 12, 1943 after falling in love at first sight. She worked as a beautician in her Simms Street home in Charleston for 14 years.
Trudy is survived by her husband, Russ Hall; son and daughter-in-law, Jerry & Lydia Hall; daughter and son-in-law, Beverly Roncaglione and Mike Kessell; her mother, Lucy Reed; brother and sister, Homer "Butch" Reed and Suzette Woosley; four granddaughters, Rebecca Cogar, Tiffany DiSantis, Leslie Pike and Jennifer Roncaglione; and by three great grandsons, Brandon DeSantis, Samuel Cogar & Dakota Cogar.
Memorial services will be held in remembrance at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Dunbar, WV at 2:30 p.m., Saturday, September 8, 2007. Hayward Harper will be officiating the memorial service.
Arrangements are in the care of Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
