Gladys Fay Thaxton, 79, of Charleston, passed away Sunday, February 3, 2013, at Hubbard Hospice House.
She was a retired manager with C & P Telephone Co.
She is survived by her nephew, Charles McNeil of Scott Depot.
It was Mrs. Thaxton's wish that there be no visitation or service.
Arrangements are in the care of Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
