Glen L. Callihan Sr., 93, of Dunbar, passed away on Sunday, December 17, 2017.

He was born on June 4, 1924 in Hitchins, KY, to the late Aaron and Lula May Callihan.

Glen was a graduate of Fayetteville High School, served in the Navy during WW II and returned to finish college at Concord University. He was a 51 year member, 32nd degree Mason of the Masonic Lodge of Dunbar. He was also a member of the Beni Kedem Temple and Shriners Temple, both of Charleston. He retired as the President of West Virginia Acceptance Company.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Annabelle Carter Callihan and his sisters, Kathleen Pennington and Eloise Turner.

Glen is survived by his sons, Dwight Callihan (Donna) of Conway, SC, Glen Callihan Jr., (Cathy) of Cross Lanes; grandchildren, Travis (Kristie), Jessica, Justin; four great-grandchildren; and special friend of the family, Shirley Morse.

Entombment will be private and at the convenience of the family.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a future date.
