Gloria Elaine Hannan, 74, of Dunbar WV passed away on Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at Cabell Huntington Hospital.

She was born on February 13, 1951, in Charleston, WV to the late Harry Donald Simmons and Lois Della Williams.

Gloria was a graduate of George Washington High School. She was a beautiful homemaker, known for her generosity, her attentive ear, and her big heart.

She loved going to car races, cherished every moment with her grandkids and daughter,  enjoyed going to yard sales, and watching game shows.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Melissa Dawn Hannan; and her brother, Harry Donald Simmons Jr.

Gloria is survived by her daughter, Darla Lattea; her grandsons, Garrett and Logan Lattea; her granddaughter, Allyssa Lattea; her sisters, Judy Bowling, JoAnn Birdsong, and Belva Brogan; along with her brothers, James "Jimmy" Simmons and Mike Bell.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, October 3, 2025 in the Lower Chapel of Cunningham Memorial Park in St. Albans, WV with her brother Mike Bell officiating.

Arrangements are in the care of Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
