H. Clyde Finney's Obituary
H. Clyde Finney, 88, of Scott Depot, passed away Thursday, December 15, 2011, at CAMC – Teays Valley Hospital.
He was retired from the WV Department of Transportation and was a US Coast Guard veteran of WW II. Clyde was a member of the Teays Valley Baptist Church.
Surviving are his loving wife, Margaret Jo Finney; son, David M. Finney of Floral City, Fla; brother, George Finney of Dunbar; granddaughters, Tanna Erin Finney of Nitro and Sara Elizabeth Prichard of Milton; great grandsons, Ethan Andrew Prichard and Connor Elijah Prichard. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m., Sunday, December 18, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with the Rev. John Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Grandview Memorial Park.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m., Saturday, December 17, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
The family wishes to express their sincere appreciation to Dr. Leonard Fichter, Dr. Rick Houdersheldt, the nursing staff at CAMC – Teays Valley Hospital and especially to Barbara Neal for the wonderful care they provided.
