Harley Arnold Blankenship's Obituary
Harley "Harvey" Arnold Blankenship, 83, of St. Albans, passed away on Saturday, July 4, 2015.
Harvey worked most of his life in the construction field.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Phyllis Sargent Blankenship; parents, Leonard and Elsie Blankenship; brother, Leslie Blankenship; and sisters, Necile Stutler and Minnie Mynes.
Harvey is survived by his sons, Harley Edward Blankenship and wife, Vickie, and Randal David Blankenship both of St. Albans; daughters, Lucy Throckmorton and husband, Robert of Woodbridge, VA, Jeanie Jordan, Bonnie Sue Means and husband, Bobby, and Ilene Blankenship all of St. Albans; brothers, Ronald Blankenship and wife, Loretta of OH and Gary Blankenship of St. Albans; sister, Christine Edwards of St. Albans; eleven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
There will be a private family service. Burial will be in Cunningham Memorial Park, St. Albans.
Arrangements are in care of Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
