Hazel Mae Burdette, 84, of St. Albans, formerly of Dunbar, passed away on August 12, 2018.

Hazel was born on July 31, 1934. She was self-employed through the Avon Company. She was a member of Rose Valley Independent Church until it closed and then became a member of Faith Freewill Baptist Church in St. Albans.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert "Bobby" Burdette; father, Albert Quincy Jones and mother, Zina B. King.

Hazel is survived by her son, Richard A. Moffatt and Toni of St. Albans; daughters, Barbara A. Curry and Waldo of Dunbar and Robin Blankenship and Bobby of St. Albans; six grandchildren; nine great grandchildren, and one great-great granddaughter.

Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 15 at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with Reverend Tom Rowland officiating. Burial will follow in Grandview Memorial Park, Dunbar.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
