Herbert Elmer Rogers' Obituary
Herbert "Bert" Elmer Rogers III, 58, of Cross Lanes passed away on October 1, 2015 after a short illness.
He served his country in the United States Air Force and worked at Huntington Bank for twenty years as a maintenance supervisor.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Ollie "Patsy" Rogers; and his wife, Beverly J. Rogers.
Bert is survived by his daughters, Mysty A. Gillespie of Canal Winchester, OH and Christy L. Wark of Whiteman AFB, MO; father, Herbert E. Rogers Jr. of Lillington, NC; brother, Hansel E. Rogers of Lillington, NC; sister, Beth Ellison of Ravenswood; and grandchildren, Emily, Josiah, Hali, Noah, Hayden, Peri Grace.
Bert's wishes were to be cremated and for there to be no service.
In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to a veterans organization of your choice.
Arrangements are in care of Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
