Hilda Burger's Obituary
Hilda Burger, 92, of Dunbar, passed away on April 19, 2016.
She was a happy go lucky person always laughing, never met a stranger and people were always welcomed into her home.
Hilda was preceded in death by her parents, Bessie & Price Fleenor; husband, Charles G. Burger; brothers, Ray and Paul Fleenor; sister, Margaret Howell; and granddaughter, Lorrie Burger Fenn.
She is survived by her sons, Donald Burger (Nannette) and Thomas Burger (Kathryn); daughter, Margaret Spurlock (Bryan) all of Dunbar; grandchildren, Stephanie Dingess, Benjamin Spurlock, Adam Spurlock and Charlyn Young.
The family would like to give special thanks to caregivers, Melissa Willard and Lorna Vaughan, for the excellent care they provided.
There will be no service.
A visitation will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. on Friday, April 22, at Dunbar United Methodist Church.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be sent to HospiceCare, 1606 Kanawha Blvd W., Charleston, WV 25387 or Dunbar United Methodist Church, 1401 Myers Ave, Dunbar, WV 25064
Arrangements are in the care of Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
