Howard Spencer "Neil" Hogan, 65 of Charleston, passed away peacefully on May 3rd, 2015 from health complications.

Neil was preceded in death by his father, Troy Kennedy of CA, brother, Arterius Kennedy of CA and sisters Marion Burkes of WV and Yelva Kennedy of CA.

He is survived by his mother Lillian "Starlee" Hogan, brothers, Earl Jordan of WV, Tristan Kennedy, Dale Kennedy of CA and Guy Kennedy of NV, and sisters Carolyn Richmond of WV and Elise Robinson of CA. His memory will live on through his two beautiful daughters Kim Rhinehart-King of Cleveland, OH and Alisha Pegram of CA. His grandchildren, Fred King Jr., Natasha & Sharnice King (the twins) will remain his pride and joy. He will be greatly missed by extended family and a host of close friends.

All who know him will remember him as man who lived to enjoy life.

Neil was cremated. A memorial service will be held at New Covenant Missionary Baptist Church, Charleston on Thursday, May 21st, 2015 from 2 to 3 p.m., Minister Linda Duncan officiating.
