Hubert M. "Goat" Price Jr., 72, of Cross Lanes passed away on Thursday, January 12, 2017

Hubert was born on May 4, 1944 in Charleston and graduated in 1962 from Nitro High School. He served his country in the U.S. Army. Hubert retired from Union Carbide after 35 years.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Hubert M. Price Sr. and Kathleen; and nieces, Suzie and Karissa Ramsey.

Hubert is survived by his wife of 49 years, Kelly; daughter, Robin Jaggie; son, Michael Price; sisters, Melba Ramsey and Rebecca Swisher; brother, Phillip Price; and four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 18 at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar. Burial will be held at Donel C. Kinnard Memorial State Veterans Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Keller Funeral Home Dunbar.
