Isaac "Ike" Jones, 81, of Dunbar, passed away on Thursday, October 9, 2014 at Hubbard Hospice House West in South Charleston.

He was a faithful member of Roxalana Gospel Tabernacle. Ike was a loving husband, great father and the best PopPaw ever.

Ike was a US Army veteran and served during the Korean Conflict. He retired from Union Carbide, Institute Plant after 35 years. Ike was a charter member of Local Lodge 656 I.A.M. He was an active member of the Dunbar Little League for many years and bowled on the Thursday Night Bowling League at Dunbar Lanes.

Ike was predeceased by parents, Alton and Julia Jones; brothers, Harold and Nim Jones; sister, Dora Farrell; and daughter, Becky Mulreaney.

He is survived by his loving wife, Janet; son, Al Jones and wife, Jenny of Scott Depot; daughters, Debbie McGrady of Chapel Hill, NC, and Brenda Thomas of Dunbar; brothers, Denver , Dick and Roy Jones all of Charleston; sisters, Doris Carter and husband, Harold, of Dunbar, and Mae Hall and husband, John, of Newport News, VA; grandchildren, Michelle Mulreaney, Jessica Miller, Bobby Mulreaney, Josh Thomas, Jeremy Thomas, Kelcie Jones, Ali Jones, and Kyle McGrady. The family would also like to honor lifetime friends, Jim and Jean Moles of Dunbar.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday, October 13, at Roxalana Gospel Tabernacle, Dunbar with Pastor Tom Price officiating. Burial will follow in Grandview Memorial Park, Dunbar.

Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. on Sunday, October 12, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.

In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made in Ike's memory to Hubbard Hospice House West, 4605 MacCorkle Ave SW, South Charleston, WV 25309.
