Jack Martin, Jr., 62, was born September 17, 1954 to the late Jack and Beatrice Martin of Dunbar. On November 27, 2016 he slipped peacefully away.

Mr. Martin was a lifelong resident of West Virginia, and a construction worker.

He was preceded in death by his wife; sisters, Bernice Herring and Barbara Wyatt; and brothers, Ronald Coleman, John Martin and Andrew Martin.

Jack Martin, Jr. leaves to cherish his memories, his children, Clinton Martin , Lance Williams, Landon Williams, Chantel Garrett, Jack Martin III, Monique Martin, Marlon Rush; two sisters, Jacqueline Martin and Celestine Nicholson; and two brothers, Alfred "Red" Martin and Shannon Martin.

Service will be held at noon on Friday, December 2, at Grace Bible Church, 600 Kanawha Blvd W., Charleston, with the Rev. Matthew Watts officiating. Burial will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery, Charleston.

Visitation will be two hours prior to the service at the church.
