Jackie Sebastian Harper

Jackie Sebastian Harper, 33, of Charleston, WV, passed away Tuesday, July 7, 2026.

Jackie was born May 1, 1993, in Kanawha county to Tamer Marie Woodson Harper and Jackie Harper, Jr.

Jackie was proceeded in death by his baby brother, Paul Eugene Ginther Woodson; maternal grandmother, Tammy Thomas (Shawn); uncles, Shawn Lee Thomas and Chuckie Woodson; and cousin, Sara Marie Woodson.

Jackie is survived by his mother, Tamer Marie Woodson Harper (Jamie); his father, Jackie Harper Jr.; his sisters, Samantha Woodson (Cody) and Mariah Williams; his brothers, Paul "Peazy" Woodson and Marques Harper (Avery); his niece, Sara Marie Rose Woodson; his maternal grandfather, Charles "Bo" Woodson; his paternal grandfather Jackie Harper, Sr. (Meka); his paternal grandmother Sue Sherbert (Ken); his aunt, Natalie Watkins (David); his uncles, Steven Thomas, Travis Thomas (Aderra), and Matthew Harper (Amber); his girlfriend, Keyairra Davenport and her children Maliyah and Jeray. He is also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 15, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.

Family will receive visitors two hours prior to the service at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
