James Burton "JB" Barnett, 40, of Dunbar, died Friday, February 5, 2010 at home.

He was a graduate of Dunbar High School and a member of the Plumbers and Pipefitters Local #625. He was also a student of the Journeyman School.

JB was the son of John and Margaret Barnett and Sue and Steve Johnson. In addition to his parents, he is survived by the "love of his life," daughter, Brittany; sisters, Brandi Murray and her husband, Todd, Kelly Nipps and Ginger Staats; step-sisters, Becky Rose and her husband, Carl, Terry Tignor and her husband Ronnie and step-brother, Gary Phillips and his wife, Tammy. Also surviving are nine nieces and his former wife and best friend, Jenny Jones.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, February 12, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with the Rev. Mark Jarrell and the Rev. Randy Scott officiating. Burial will follow in Grandview Memorial Park.

Friends may call two hours prior to the service at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
