Obituary

James Kenneth "Jim" Leachman, 81, of Charleston, passed away Wednesday, January 27, 2010, at CAMC – General Hospital after a long illness.

He was a US Army veteran of the Korean Conflict, worked for Union Boiler and also was a self-employed mason.

Mr. Leachman was preceded in death by his first wife, Betty Leachman.

Surviving are his wife, Sharon Leachman; daughter, Janet Lark Leachman of St. Albans; sons, Stanton Leachman and his companion Laura of Pennsylvania and Ricky Leachman and his wife, Rose of St. Albans; one granddaughter, Shaina Willard of Nitro. He will be greatly missed by his nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, January 30, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with Pastor Tim Martin officiating. Burial will follow in Grandview Memorial Park.

Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, January 29, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
