Janet Lou Webb, 56, of Kenna, formerly of St. Albans, passed away on Wednesday, March 28, 2018.

Janet loved caring for her family and other loved ones throughout her life, and was proud to have supported her husband's service in the U.S. Army through various changes in duty stations. After many years raising children in Kansas, she was glad to move back home to St. Albans in 1998. Among other qualities, her family will remember her for her love, her laugh, and her pepperoni-filled bierocks.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Commodore and Mary (Wiley) Stover and her brothers, Michael Stover, Daniel Stover, Mark Stover and Bradley Stover.

Janet is survived by her husband, Mike Webb Sr. of Kenna; sons, Michael and wife, Georgia, of Ripley, and Bryan and wife, Tara, of Clayton, NC; three beloved grandchildren, Elliott, Lucia, and Vivien; brothers, Randy Stover and David Stover; sisters, Nancy Snead and Debi Harvey.

A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. on Monday, April 2, at the Pine Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, Sumerco, with the Rev. Doyle Young officiating.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the cemetery.

Arrangements are in the care of Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
