Jean Carroll Moles, 88, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, August 1, 2024.

Jean was born July 21, 1936, and a life long resident of Dunbar, WV. Jean graduated Dunbar High School in 1954 and married her high school sweetheart Jimmy in 1955 and began their lives together, which lasted 66yrs.

She was a christian, a member of Roxalana Gospel Tabernacle, where she devoted her life to and was cherished. Along with her dedication to serving the Lord was her love and devotion to her husband, two girls and all her grandchildren, which she loved with all her heart!

If you mention her name, her family and friends would light up and say, we just love her. She was always such a beautiful, loving, sweet and caring woman, and she will forever be missed!Everyone has treasured memories and stories about her and her husband Jimmy.

Jean was preceded in death by her parents, Basil Withrow and Olive Asbury; and her husband James Moles.

She is survived by her sister Patricia (James); her daughters, Debbie (Ron), and Stefanie (Danny); grandchildren, Matt (Amy), Shawn, Zachery (Jessie), and Isiaha; great-grandchildren, Breanna, Andrew, Joshua, Carly, Eli, Logan, Dakota; and great-great grandchildren, Raeanna and Milli.

A funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar. Entombment will be in Grandview Memorial Park.

Family will welcome visitors two hours prior to the service at Keller Funeral Home.
