Joan C. Skiles' Obituary
JoAn C. Skiles, 76, of South Charleston, passed away on Sunday, January 29, 2006, in Thomas Memorial Hospital after a short illness.
JoAn was a member of Southridge Church of God. She retired from West Virginia Rehabilitation Center, where she was a librarian with 25 years of service.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Rebecca Jo Skiles.
Mrs. Skiles is survived by her husband, Claude L. Skiles; sons, Charles Cloud Skiles and Philip Gregory Skiles, both of South Charleston; six grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, February 1 at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with Pastor Ed Bowman officiating.
Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, January 31, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Southridge Church of God Faye M. Carte Memorial Library, 100 Eagle Way, South Charleston, WV 25309.
