Jobyna Beth Nowling, 46, of Institute, passed away suddenly on July 30, 2017.

She was born on January 31, 1971, in Gallion, OH, to the late Johnnie Gay and Scbyna Marsico.

Jobyna graduated with a paralegal degree from Watterson College in South Carolina. She was the former store manager at New York and Company for over 20 years.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Dottie Gay.

She is survived by her stepfather, Frank Marsico of Smithers; sister, Karen Steffie of Charleston; nieces, Gillian Bailey and Cheyenne Shamblin; nephew, Joshua Steffie; good friend, James "Chipper" Nowling; several aunts and uncles; and a host of loving family and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. on Friday, August 11, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with the Rev. Doyle D. Young officiating.

Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to the service at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
