John Eugene Elliott's Obituary
John Eugene Elliott, 53, of Poca, passed away Thursday, May 22, 2008, at his home after a short illness.
He was a retired operator for the WV Department of Highways.
John was preceded in death by his wife, Sharon Sue Elliott, daughter, Christina Mae Linhart and by his parents, Dencil James and Tressie Mae Elliott.
John is survived by his fiancé, Callie Mae Sanson; step-sons, Gary and Larry Petry of Florida and Greg Petry of Poca; step-daughter, Lisa Daugherty of St. Albans; son-in-law, Bruce Linhart; granddaughter, Breanna Sue Linhart and several aunts and uncles.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, May 27, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with the Rev. Mike Escue officiating. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Gardens of Memories, Pocatalico.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m., Monday, May 26, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
