John Lacorte's Obituary
John LaCorte, 94, of St. Albans, passed away Friday, November 2, 2007, in Candlelight Cottage, St. Albans.
He was a retired coal miner and laborer.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Miami; parents, Stephen and Sarina LaCorte; sisters, Frances Jeffries and Lucy Beck; brothers, Joe and Madel LaCorte.
He is loved and survived by his brother, Sam LaCorte of Montgomery; loving nieces, nephews and friends.
The family wishes to acknowledge and thank Dolina "Dee" Weeks and the staff at Candlelight Cottage for the care and love they gave John.
Services will be held at 12 noon, Monday, November 5, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar. Burial will follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville.
Friends may call one hour prior to the services at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Candlelight Cottage, PO Box 1939, St. Albans, WV 25177.
