John O'Dell's Obituary
John O'Dell, 82, of Dunbar passed away Monday,December 19, 2011.
Mr. O'Dell served in the Marine Corp for 3 years and retired from Appalachian Tire. He was a member of the former Humphreys United Methodist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Frankie O'Dell and brother Laurence O'Dell.
John is survived by his wife Myrtle O'Dell; sister, Elizabeth Fullen of Lewisburg; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, December 23, at Asbury United Methodist Church, Asbury, with the Rev. Sam Groves officiating. Burial will follow in Asbury United Methodist Church Cemetery.
Friends may call 1 hour prior to the service on Friday, December 23 at Asbury United Methodist Church.
In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Hubbard Hospice House, 1001 Kennawa Dr., Charleston, WV 25311 or Asbury United Methodist Church Cemetery c/o Mary Jane Harvey, 10192 Alta Dr., Asbury, WV 24916.
