Joni Irene Haynes, 37, of St. Albans, passed away on Tuesday, September 19, 2017.

She was born on October 13, 1979 in Charleston.

Joni was sweet, kind, funny and huge WVU fan. Her daughters' friends knew her as "Big Momma".

She had her demons that tried to bring her down but she was a fighter and kept getting back up.

Joni is survived by her mother, Tonie Vance; daughters, Jona Cowley and Hanah Cowley; and granddaughter, Payton McDougal.

A gathering to celebrate Joni's life will be held at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, September 26, at Ridenour Lake Park, Nitro.

Arrangements are in the care of Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
