Joseph Scott Bartley, 27, of Charleston, was set free on Friday, April 6, 2018.

He was born on November 21, 1990, in Charleston, to the late Jerry Allan Bartley and Leslie Jo Walsh.

Joey enjoyed hunting, fishing and sports. He will be dearly missed by his family.

In addition to his father he was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Joseph and Janet Bartley; maternal grandfather, Larry Moore; and his uncle, Joseph Bartley.

Joey is survived by his mother, Leslie Jo Walsh; brothers, Justin and Tyler Bartley; sister, Claire Bartley; maternal grandmother, Sue Rapp; step-mother, Stacie Bartley and husband Greg; uncles, Larry and Brandon Moore; aunt, Glenda Bartley; great-grandmother, Greta Mallory; and many other family members.

A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. on Saturday, April 14, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with Pastor Greg Reese officiating.

Friends may visit one hour prior to the service at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
