Joseph L. Chandler's Obituary
Joseph L. Chandler, Jr., 91, of Scott Depot, passed away Wednesday, January 26, 2011, at Dunbar Care and Rehabilitation.
He was a retired mechanic for Baker Equipment Co. and was a US Army Air Corps veteran of WW II.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Chandler and Maude Bowen Perry, brothers, Dana, Eugene and Richard Chandler and sisters, Mabel Lee Nutick and Victoria McCrady.
Surviving are his daughter, Trena Osborne, special niece, Pamela Allen; grandchildren, Kelli Mundy, Karen Cochran and Lance Osborne and great grandchildren, Mitchell and Matthew Mundy.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Monday, January 31, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with the Rev. Fairley McCormick officiating. Burial will follow in Graceland Memorial Park.
Friends may call one hour prior to the service at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Charleston Mountain Mission Radio Ministry, 1600 Seventh Avenue, Charleston, WV 25302.
