Joseph Edward Dangott's Obituary
Joseph Edward Dangott of Nitro, died Tuesday, June 24, 2008 at Hubbard Hospice House after a long illness.
He was in the Marines and a Veteran of the Korean War.
He was preceded in death by his parents Annabelle and Emile Dangott and one biological daughter.
Joseph is survived by his wife, Sally Dangott, his step-children Kathy Riggall of Nitro, BJ Gearheart of Nitro and John Thompson of Fort Benning, Georgia. Joseph is also survived by five biological children. Along with his family, Joseph has a niece, Robin, 5 grandchildren and a host of great nieces and nephews. Joseph also had a host of friends that meant the world to him including Melissa and Charlie.
A celebration of life will be held 2 p.m., Thursday, June 26, 2008 at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar with the Reverend Doyle D. Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Cunningham Memorial Park, St. Albans.
Family and friends may call from 6 to 7 p.m., Wednesday, June 25, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hubbard Hospice House, 1001 Kennawa Dr., Charleston, WV 25311.
