Joseph Cecil Kelley, passed away on Friday, May 18, 2007 after a short illness in Hubbard Hospice House.
He was born on May 27, 1920 in Clifton Forge, VA and was a resident of Dunbar for over 50 years. He was a Navy veteran and served in the Pacific during World War II. He was an employee of Sodaro's Electronics for 33 years.
His wife, Pauline Hunt Kelley, preceded him in death.
Mr. Kelley is survived by his daughter, Patti and son-in-law, MG(R) Terry Tucker of Draper, UT; grandson, Christopher L. Tucker of Lansing, KS; granddaughter, Tracey L. Tucker of Las Vegas, NV; niece, Carolyn Lucas of Hurricane.
His daughter would like to express a special thank you to the wonderful Dr's, nurses, and volunteers at Hubbard Hospice House: Penny, Sandy, Sheila, and Pam especially, many thanks for your care and love.
Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m., Sunday, May 20, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with the Rev. Dana L. Holter officiating. Burial will follow in Grandview Memorial Park.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m., Saturday, May 19, at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
