Joseph Mark "Joe" Lanham, 68, a life long resident of Dunbar, WV, sadly left us on Saturday, March 30, 2024 to be with his late wife of 37 years, that he dearly loved, Tamma Kay Lanham.

He was born in Charleston, WV on December 11, 1955 to the late Elvan and Georgia Lanham.

Joe, a retired Kroger employee of 48 years, and a 1974 graduate of Dunbar High School, loved to play the guitar, fish, mow the lawn and occasionally climb his roof.  To his kids he was their HERO. He took great pride in spending time with his four wonderful grandchildren, that he adored, Ella and Chloe Lanham, and Brea and Beau Petry.

Joe is survived by his children, Joey Lanham (Christina), and Becky Petry (Josh); daughter-in-law, Michelle; sisters, Mary and Martha; many nieces and nephews; and brothers-in-law, Donnie and Rickie Starcher.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, April 5, 2024 at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.  Burial will follow in Moss Chapel Cemetery.

Family will welcome visitors from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 4, 2024 at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.
