Joyce Lynn Sowell, 68, of Dunbar, went home to be with the Lord on Jan. 12, 2016.
She was born on May 5, 1947 in Charleston, the beloved daughter of the late Howard and Edith Belcher.
Joyce is survived by her brothers; Bruce Belcher and his wife, Barbara, of Logan, John Belcher and wife, Angie, of Tenn.; sisters, Carolyn Armstrong of Dunbar, Judy Belcher of Kissimmee, Fla, Vicky Belcher of Charleston; aunt, Hallie Belcher of Sissonville.
There will be no service.
Arrangements are in the care of Keller Funeral Home.
